Message	I might think that my personal Z is worth that amount, considering: 1) How much I have in my Z (much more than the simple Stage 3 your find has) 2) How many clean Zs are in Quebec (or rather the lack of them). Yet I still know that I'll never get an offer like that for it if I put it up for sale. One company you should never buy from. These are the people who help and support them.
